![]() Helena did not have the same ROF historically that the Cleveland did. Brooklyn as finished at least has a historical secondary/AA deficiency that shouldn't require a huge reduction in speed/hp/rof/etc. ![]() There isn't enough of an upgrade between Helena and Cleveland to justify losing 20% of your main guns, hence Helena is going to feel nerfed. It's better anyways for Helena to be at tier 7 which is a St Louis and gives better secondaries than Brooklyn. Or the scheme 8, the Atlanta with 9 6 inch guns. Why I am glad they went with "Dallas" which seems mostly like the 8 gun Worcester concept which is a much better fit. Just put ships at the tier they WORK in don't try to force them up or down because. It would power creep the heck out of everything at T6. You throw Cleveland style nerfs at it, and it grates your nerves, because it should be so much more. Now I am all about strong USN cruisers, but 15 guns at 8-10 RPM? Come on. They see it was the next light cruiser built after the Omaha, and think, let's throw it at T6. I think a lot of people look at the timeline of cruiser construction, and see, "well something was built after the Cleveland, so it should be the T9" and they don't stop to think whether or not it was truly better.
